Strong in SIP/H.323 call processing/call flow
Hands on experience in RTP streaming
Understanding of computer networking
Hands-on development experience on linux, embedded linux or any RTOS
Strong C programming skills
Strong debugging Skills
Experienced in performance tuning / product tuning
Experienced in VOIP video phone product is a plus
Hands-on experience multimedia player development etc
