The ideal candidate will have:
* Extensive experience in software testing with a lead role in atleast 2 projects, of which 1 must be complete and in use.
* Working experience in manual as well as automated testing
* Ability to create error free, single click automated testing and build scripts
* Good exposure to TWILL and other testing tools
* Exposure to Bug reporting tools like Bugzilla.
* Ability to interact with a group of developers to bring out an error free product
* Last but not the least, (s)/he must be a good team player with a target oriented approach, excellent communication and analytical skills.
