Job Profile:
• Technical Process
• Handling inbound calls/outbound calls/emails of corporate customers pertaining to technical queries & complaints.
• Booking complaints/queries, providing updates and following up with the customer.
Desired Skills :
Experienced and Fresher candidates both are welcome.
• People with 6 months + experience in a call center (would be an added advantage).
• Basic computer knowledge and keyboard skills are mandatory
• Good Communication Skills (Fluency in English, grammar, sentence construction and clarity of thought)
• Confident and self motivating attitude
• Age: between 20 - 30 years (Preferred)
Educational Qualifications:
• Graduate in any field (mandatory)
• CCNA certified (mandatory)
• Additional Diploma course or Degree done in Networking/ Telecom, Computer Science would be an added advantage.
• 5 days a week – 9 ½ hour shift per day
• Rotating shifts & rotating offs
• Home pick up & drop facility for night shifts & centralized pick up for others.
• The selected candidates will be on the pay-roll of the Lobo staffing Solutions.
• Candidates can earn upto 2500/- in performance linked incentives per month as & when such programs are launched.
