Skill Set:
Minimum required job Skills for ING IVR are as follows.
working knowledge of VXML/core java 1.5 or above/struts frame work/jstl
Work with ants/Maven build tools.
Knowledge of Source Control such as Clear Case,
working knowledge of any Bug tracking tool such as IBM Clear Quest
Good database concept.
Good telecom basic concepts
Working knowledge of Direct Talk websphere voice response will be a plus
