* Efficiency with all Designing Tools like Photoshop, Flash, HTML, CSS,
etc.
* Experience in Table less Designs, Web 2.0
* Good Scripting Knowledge in Flash and Java will be an Added Advantage
* Good Communication Skills & Time Management
