Job Description
Monitor Real Time adherence call statistics & communicate with members of the leadership team to ensure on/off phone activity is managed efficiently throughout the day.Monitor IVR CallOut line & entering Real Time exceptions into scheduling software.
Desired Candidate Profile
Develop agent schedules for new and existing agents in their local site creating and assigning overtime schedules as necessary.Update agent profile information as needed in the i360/Forecasting & Scheduling system. Ensure that service levels are met.
