"Should have 2 to 4 years of experience in web application development with the following
1. Experience of Object Oriented Programming, core JAVA,
JavaScript, JSP's, Servlets, EJB's and Oracle PL/SQL
2. Experience of application deployment in Weblogic v8.1
& higher and Websphere v5.1 & higher
3. Experience of Program Specifications, Test Cases
preparation and Unit Testing
4. Good levels of communication, both written and verbal
5.SCJP certification would be Preferrable."
