Looking for CORE Java Developers . The ideal candidate will have at least 3+ years experience with intensive CORE Java/J2EE Programming.
The chosen candidate will be comfortable working both independently and in a team based environment. In addition, this is a chance to join an exciting and dynamic team working on bleeding edge technology for a highly visible business area.
Desired Profile
Excellent hands-on core Java skills, including concurrent programming / multi-threaded applications complex backend Database schema design and performance implications, strong in SQL, JDBC (including batching)- Collections, Regular expressions, writing efficient, high-throughput Java code.
Must have strong hands on design experience using object oriented paradigm, design patterns etc.
Familiarity with profiling Java applications using commercial or open source profilers, Good understanding of JVM arguments and parameters, understanding of how to tune a JVM and Garbage Collection.
Knowledge with FLEX, Spring, and Hibernate. (Nice to have)
Strong verbal & written communication skills.
