Senior SAS Programmer
Job Description
The core responsibilities for the position would be SAS Programming and leading a team:
- Take ownership for deliverables and lead a team for a specific group within the team
- Active coordination with the client for all project related communications.
- Grooming the team members to handle project related activities independently.
- Creating and validating SAS programs of tables, figures and listings (TFL) for safety and efficacy outputs in required format as per specifications provided by the client.
- Performing any other assigned activities towards programming in SAS for analyzing data
- Ensuring that timelines for deliverables across all projects are met for self and team members and they comply with established performance standards.
- Optimizing productivity and resource utilization across team members.
- Creation of Programming specifications and provide support to other colleagues in this regard
Desired Profile
The primary function of this role is to lead a sub-team of SAS Programmers so as to ensure smooth and efficient functioning of the programming unit
