* Telecom domain experience with expertise/ knowledge on minimum one of COTS products in either Fulfillment, Assurance, Networking or Billing
* Experience in 1 – 2 complete system implementation in telecom domain.
* Understanding of OSS/BSS / eTOM / SID framework
* Advanced knowledge of workflow in telecom operation.
* Ability to handle ambiguity & coordinate between multiple components to gain agreements
* Exposure to UML as a Business Modelling Language would be a added advantage.
* Experience in one or more of the following COTS (Highly desirable) – Siebel, Clarify, Micormuse, Cramer, Metasolv etc.
