CyberTech enjoys a multi-location presence enabling it to prepare for any unforeseen calamities. CyberTech has prepared its business continuity plan keeping in mind the critical 24X7 support operations from its Thane site. This plan includes merging of all the three Windows ADs into one Forest, integrating the mail and web servers of three sites. This makes CyberTech accessible to its customers in case of failure of any one or two sites. CyberTech has also connected 3 sites with VPN tunnels and given access to all its employees to the 3 locations. All identified critical SAP servers are replicated at Thane and Chicago locations. This allows consultants to connect to either of the location and perform daily work allowing for uninterrupted functionality. Along with this BC plan, CyberTech has a robust backup and restore policy which takes care of all important data for the entire organization. Also, critical data is replicated to the other site to make recovery possible in case of disaster.

Cybage’s business plans have been designed to ensure that organized, consistent, and scalable recovery processes are in place in the event of disasters or contingencies. These processes cover computing equipment, networks and communication links; facilities, including offshore buildings and workplaces; professional resources, including programming and support staff; utility power availability; Our business plan has clearly defined service level agreements for recovery processes. At Cybage, we address issues in a timely manner and have contingency plans in place to manage risks in these areas. While these policies are structured on universal guidelines, actual implementation of these is dependent on the project requirements and schedules. All types of technical/resource/infrastructure related risks are incorporated in the risk document and a priority, impact, owner, action plan and status is assigned to each risk. The BCP at Cybage ensures that the essential business functions of the organization are able to continue (or re-start) in the event of unforeseen circumstances. It identifies the critical people (roles / functions), information, systems and other infrastructure required to enable the business to operate. If called upon and executed the plan ensures minimum additional disruption to the continuity of the business. Should unforeseen circumstance make any of the facilities unusable, the BCP also identifies alternative locations where the operations can be temporarily relocated.  Current DRP practices and procedures followed include data backup and restoration; server and systems administration; anbd identification of critical systems.
