The BCP team looks after the entire operation that includes creation of new guidelines and policies, implementation and review of the system at regular intervals. In case of Haddows Road site disaster, an alternate site (Anna Nagar) could be used within 60 to 75 minutes for critical projects based on our BIA. There are power backup facilities and all network connections have redundancy. The company also has back up of network service group personnel involved in networking and systems group team and they are available on 24x7 basis.
