Job Description
For Development Manager :
(Technical)
1. Should have above 3+ years work experience.
2. Have a proven track record of Managing Software development projects, either as Team Leader or Manager.
3. Must have good Analytical skills and be good in Functional documentation
4. Must possess Excellent Technical knowledge in ASP.NET / VB.NET/ VB / SQL Server / Crystal report writer
5. Must have Excellent database concepts – Data accessing / Data saving techniques / DML (data manipulation language) and DQL (data query language) / database design skills / data optimization techniques. Work experience on Microsoft SQL SERVER a must.
6. Must be proficient in techniques like SSAD.
FOR PROGRAMMER
(Technical)
1. Above 2 year work experience.
2. Must possess Intelligence and Aptitude to grasp things.
3. Should have worked on client-server, multi-user environment using .NET/ AJAX / VB / & SQL SERVER.
4. Must possess very good conceptual and programming skills in .NET/ AJAX / VB / SQL SERVER / Crystal Report Writer / Client Server Technology
5. Excellent database concepts – Data accessing / Data saving techniques / DML (data manipulation language) and DQL (data query language) Using SQL SERVER
6. Excellent GUI and Report designing skills.
7. Must Understand and be good in documentation – this includes writing pseudocode, making data flow diagrams
8. Must have knowledge of COM / DCOM
9. Should be good in GUI design
