Job Profile:

    We are currently looking for a highly motivated Restaurant and Bar Manager for our Apex City Hotel in the Grassmarket in Edinburgh. The role will encompass the smooth running of Agua Restaurant and Bar and the conference areas. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day to day operation of the restaurant and bar; incorporating breakfast, lunch and dinner service, room service and also catering for larger parties. You will also take responsibility for stock management, customer satisfaction, recruitment, staff training and increasing sales.

Eligibility:

    Formal qualifications are not essential although some form of management training would be expected at this level. Experience at a management level within a restaurant operation or within a 4 star hotel operation would be an advantage. As would knowledge of Micros and Quadranet software systems.
