Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team responsible for the Quality Control on the end product from client’s perspective.
- The person will responsible for the development of test Plans / test cases / check-list / procedures for Structured QA, keeping with a client focus to ensure minimum client reported defects.
- Coordinate with client representatives to get there perspective about the product and design test strategies accordingly.
- Drive operational excellence on Quality, Delivery. Work with process teams to achieve process goals.
- Structured QA and audits of various processes to ensure data quality and efficiency improvement.
- Provide training on Quality Management Systems/Framework. - Demonstrable experience of project management and team development, including objective performance assessment of project and people.

- Development of QA management system
- Ensuring Production Processes /QA processes auditable and traceable
- Drive process improvements using Six-Sigma methodology and cultivate the culture.

- Knowledge of at least one scripting language like VBA, SQA Basic, and VBScripts etc.
