1. 5-7 years of design and development using Curam, J2EE, XML, IBM WebSphere with experience ranging from Design, development, Client interaction, converting business requirements to design, interface design/development. Minimum 2 years of experience in Curam required.
2. Looking for Curam Certified Professionals experienced in Curam Health & Human Services, Curam Interfaces Development, Curam Screen and Workflow Development and Testing, good knowledge in their IDE
3. Strong Object Oriented analysis, design and programming techniques (OOAD). Understand existing system architecture, platforms and system interfaces. Create and review technical specifications.
4. Ability to troubleshoot and Resolve technical issues of team members.
5. Good Communication Skills – both verbal and written and a good team player
6. Should be a quick learner and adaptable to new technologies and methodologies. Self motivated. Strong work ethic. Ability to rise to a challenge.
Desired Skills:
1-2 years experience in Web services preferable.
Working for Product Development / Maintenance projects. Preferred Previous project experience working on a Scrum team.
Experience working with SCM tools
Manage SDLC activities, work distribution and communicate progress/status
