Consolidated  Cybernetics was established in 1993 as Digital Authorised Training center at Coimbatore, South India. Cybernetics was also education partner of Oracle in 2000. 
Cybernetics has three operating divisions - software development centre, web application development and H R services division. Its mission is, 'We shall create and provide world class IT products and services to enable our customers to bring in synergy in their operations. We shall do it with integrity, strive for excellence, constantly endeavour for innovation and commit for team work.' The software development division is ISO 9001:2000 certified and focuses on healthcare industry and manufacturing industry. Medisoft, the healthcare solution addresses the entire segment of healthcare delivery system. The HMS developed has 18 modules, modular and integrated. The solution is developed in VB and is ODBC compliant. The solution includes ICD codes and HL7 compliant and is implemented in over 50 sites in India. Maestro, the manufacturing solution to discrete manufacturing industries covers the entire process from order book to delivery. Some of the key modules are structured bill of materials, engg change control, material requirement planning, capacity requirement planning, sales order processing, shop fFloor control, etc. The solution also comprises CRM and SCM functions. Cybenretics has incorporated the technologies required in the software solutions developed and has integrated with bar codes, RFID, equipment interface, e-pen, smart cards and bio metrics (finger print) devices.

• Hospital Management System - Sheela Hospital is 150 bed Hospital. Gynaecology and Orthopedics are the speciality of the Hospital. Has about 20 In Patient admissions and about 200 OP admission everyday. The HMS is integrated for both Clinical and administraative functions of  Hospital
• Query Generator - RA3 project is to generate an SQL query based on the input given in XML In this Query Generator for given xml input. In xml bascially 3 inputs will be there connection string, conditions, tables with this information RA3 interface generate query.
• Interface - W3Health project is Java based interface, it is middle layer handling encounters during the process of data entry and creating exception report for each encounters.
• Web based Branch sales and Inventory - LGB has 18 branches and 4 manufacturing Plants in the country. The Retail sale of  products: Chains and Sprockets are through these branches. The inventory, sales, Collection and the Intending process is web enabled.
• Laboratory Information System - Hi-Tech is a diagnostic Lab. The Application has the test processes, Reagent Inventory and Accounting modules. The auto analyser MERC has been interfaced with  the application.
• Smart Campus - Sree Saraswathi Thyagaraja College of Arts and Science is a Unit of V.S.V Mandir Trust. The College is affiliated to Bharathiar University. Has about 1500 students. An integrated solution has been implemented and the modules are:
