Roles & Responsibilities:
• Infrastructure support in 24/7
• Responsible for system install, configure and troubleshoot and administration in Microsoft Windows 2000 Server, 2003,2008 , DT – OS Windows XP, Vista, Redhat Linux , Mandrac etc
• Should have hands on complete Desktop and Server support
• Microsoft Exchange, SQL knowledge desired
• Networking knowledge – Understanding of protocols Like TCP/IP,RIP and other routing protocol , should have hands on Switch , router configuration and troubleshooting on Cisco platform
• Should be aware of Virtualization technology and VMWAARE knowledge is desired
• Should be have good command over English, should posses the ability to talk to international users

Certifications : MSCE,CCNA, Linux, VMWARE certified

Desired Skills :
- Good communication skills.
- MCSE in windows 2003/2008 track
