To lead a small team of developers working on a module. The job requires strong design skills using object oriented design methodologies.

Desired Candidate Profile
Technical Skills

• Good understanding of OO concepts
• Good understanding of Data Structures & Algorithms
• Strong Java experience on Linux/Windows
• Strong experience in software development lifecycle and related processes
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills

Educational Qualification
• Engineering degree (preferably CS or Electronics Engg.), MCA, B.Sc. Tech. and / or PGDST/C-DAC. B.Sc. graduates with PGDST/C-DAC

Experience
2 to 4 years of Experience.
Java Team Lead

Candidates should have the following skills:
1. Core Java
2. RMI or EJB
3. Datastructures
4. Algorithms
5. Multithreading

• Candidate should have good knowledge on the above 5 skills & not just basic knowledge. Please provide a rating (out of 5) for the above skills with each resume.

• Good designing skills in Java is a must

• Should have atleast 1 year experience in leading a small team of 5 to 6 members

• Additional desired skill - Java Swing.
