Desired Candidate Profile

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

Must have hands on experience in .Net (1 to 3.5), C#, WCF
Should be involved in development projects and must have handles atleast 2 projects end to end when it comes to implementation & use cases
Sound understanding of XML and Web Services
Exposure to development frameworks and standard coding practices from Microsoft is mandatory (entity framework knowledge is a plus)
Good to excellent command on MS SQL is expected
Enterprise application development knowledge is a key requirement and should have worked on SDLC for enterprise application development (RIA)
An eye & understanding for accurate timeline estimates
ADD ONs
Silverlight and MS Expressions Blend knowledge is strongly preferred.
Database management and BackUp maintenance is also a plus

Job Purpose : To lead and manage the software implementation division of the company
Organizational Structure: Reporting to the Director of the company.

JOB DUTIES:

Take complete ownership of coding and implementation of company’s proprietary software.
Assist and lead other developers who shall come on board as time to come
Responsible for Testing and deployment of UI and code
Maintain Implementation notes, change request documents and scope of work in tact as per software phases are concerned
Satisfy the quality and performance of the software as per market requirements
To respect timelines committed and avoid any possible delay
