Candidate should take responsibility and ownership for the analysis, design, coding, testing and status reporting of a work product.
Delivery of module as per project plan and quality standards
Drive SLA adherence within the team.
Ensure error free deliverables by driving adherence to quality assurance norms and guidelines
.Project / Process.Understand and translate requirements into design.
Provide input on technical effort estimation to arrive at re sourcing plans.
Track, monitor and report on SLA’s, ensure variances are addressed or escalated.
Provide remote technical support through problem analysis and assistance
.Provide support for code-related problems and for routine, installation and usage questions.
Do technical reviews of code and test plans created by team members.
Participate in deployment, system testing, UAT (onsite and offshore)
.Engage in peer reviews during design, coding and testing.
Ensure adherence to quality processes.Prepare implementation plans when moving a code to production.
Perform system testing and monitoring.
Contribute to process improvement initiatives (best practices, six sigma etc).
Drive Knowledge Management process.
Provide status reports to the onsite team.
Measure schedule variations and also defect metrics related to the module.
