As part of its strong business continuation plan (BCP) and disaster recovery plan (DRP), Fortune Infotech operates from two processing centers -- Bangalore and Baroda. It is not affected by data link outages as it has installed multiple 2 mbps IPLCs and both facilities are also connected with 2 mbps data link. Servers are provided with N+1 redundant UPS. Each risk factor affecting operation is listed and classified and redundancies created. Fortune is BS: 7799:2002 certified by KPMG, which reflects its awareness and capability to take care of risk management and information security and management.

The company has 30 servers and 450 workstations at both its facilities which operate on 24X7X365 basis. It has 2 mbps IPLCs to connect Bangalore and Baroda separately to two different locations in the US. Bangalore and Baroda are connected with 2mbps leased line domestically. It also has an 1 mbps internet connectivity. Both facilities are equipped with adequate firec control systems and with DG sets as standy power source.
