skills and ability to define overall system architecture to support complex business requirements. Experience in architecting solutions using spring, Web Services, JSF, RichFaces, Servlets, EJB, JDBC and Hibernate / iBatis is a must.

Project Managers with more than 8 years of experience in SAP / Java projects including three years of project management experience. Candidates with PMP certification and exposure to process models like CMMI and ITIL are preferred.

Test Managers with more than 8 years of experience in Software Testing including 3 years of managing Software Testing Projects. Candidates with CSTE / CSTM certifications are preferred.

Business Development Professionals with 2-6 years of experience focusing on Customer Relationship Management in IT industry. Fulltime MBA from a reputed institute is a must.

HR Professionals with more than 8 years of experience in entire gamut of HR functions including Recruitment. Fulltime Post Graduation in HR from a reputed institution is a must
