Job Description
Lead IT wide discussion on standards, architecture and other areas of common interest or conflict.

§ Define and maintain a standard toolset to subscribe to, liaising with IT Risk and Control as appropriate.

§ Monitor use of unsupported software and propose projects as required.

§ Define and maintain standards for programming languages in use.

§ Able to lead and maintain current and future state architecture in conjunction with the application and infrastructure teams.

§ Advise new projects from functionally aligned application groups on validity and method of addition to existing architecture, and ensure that they contribute to the move to our future state

§ Lead or participate in cross-functional technical initiatives.

§ Where required, provide quality control of physical builds carried out by the development team to ensure that standards and processes have been adhered to

Desired Candidate Profile
VB.Net, C#, Sql Server, ASP. Net
VBA development in Microsoft Excel
Java knowledge is an Advantage .
