- Should have 5 - 7 years of experience in web technologies like ASP.NET, AJAX, Javascript. Out of which last 3 years should be in ASP.NET
- Well experienced in C#, and .net framework
- Experience on public facing highly performing sites
- Keep abreast of new and upcoming technologies
- Must be playing a hands on role and should be capable of writing code
- Should have good design skills and should be able to build architectures
- Experience in using different design patterns
- Experience in leading web product development teams
