Customer service Officer:
AS a CSO, you will part of a national team based at Bangalore which will manage Customer Calls form every part of the country. You will be provided extensive training to help you familiarize yourself with Banking products as also different aspects of Banking Operations. The biggest plus is that it is a Day-shift Job!
You are our ideal candidates if you:
Are a Fresh Graduate from any discipline OR a Graduate with 6-18 months experience in industries such as Insurance/ BPO/ ITES/ Telecom/ Financial Services
Have a flair for numbers and processes
Enjoy interacting with people
Have good communication skills
Are below 27 years of age
Team Leader - Customer Service:
Graduate, below 30 years of age with 3-4 years of relevant Customer service experience
Exposure to Banking/ Financial Services Operations
Uncompromising approach to customer service and problem resolution
Team Leadership and Interpersonal skills
Team Leader Quality:
Grad, below 30 years of age with at least 2-3 years of banking experience in a MNC/ Pvt. Bank with a majority of that time in Operations/ Service/ Sales
Extensive knowledge of banking operations & working knowledge of technology & process management. Strong people skills.
