- First class Graduates and Post Graduates (70% and above) 2007 pass outs only
- Good communication (oral & written) skills
- Good Analytical & logical skills
- Graduates in BSc, B.Com, BA, MSc, M.Com., MA only
- 90 days training would be provided at SISL Kharghar, Mumbai location
