* Must have minimum of 6 Months experience in Java/J2EE
* Should have exposure to EJB, JSP, JDBC (Mandatory Skills), Any application server,
* Exposure to clustering, Performance tuning, JMS, JTS would be added advantage.
* Communication should be excellent for this candidate
