IT HelpDesk/Service Desk/Call coordinator/Technical coordinator
Job Description :
Handling the incoming IT requests calls
* Allocating the calls logged by users to the fellow engineers
* Follow up on the issues & updating the users Vs engineers
* Prioritizng the calls as per the needs of the process
* Categorizing the issues
* Resolving the call and ensure the call closure is also maintained
* Escalating the hardware issues to vendor & follow up on the same
* Escalating the critical ssues to ML Operations team
* Responding to IT service requests emails
* Maintaining the Assest master & ensuring the asset is been verified
* Incident / Change/ Vendor Management
* Preparing several MIS reports on the same
JD:
- Monitoring of help desk activities.
- Determining and assigning severity levels to each of the client
- Logging in calls in Remedy Software.
- Tracking each call to resolution.
- Call Escalation.
- Preparing monthly MIS Report
- Must is open to working in shift
- Has good understanding of SLA
Requirement
- Excellent communication skills
- Good learning skills and attitude to learn new things
- Basic computer knowledge
- Any degree / diploma 3yrs
- Fresher with a good comm. skill can also be considered
- Should be ready to work in rotational shift (including night shift)
