Job Description:
Experience in generating Management Information Reports 1 to 3 years of experience.
Voice based Calling profile with 24*7 support.
BCom or BSC Graduate and should have relevant experience in customer handling of 3+ and years with good communication skills.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft OS,
VPN and networking background,
Knowledge of HP open view Service Desk\above or similar tools and importantly stakeholder management skills.
Experience on handling major incident is a plus.
Service management experience, stake holder management, major incident mangement exposure, exposure to support international client on IT services.
Should be eager to learn.

Education: BE / BTech / MCA / MSc (Regular Stream for all the technologies)
Certification: Must be an MCSE/CCNA/MCP certified
Shift Timings:- Should be flexible to work in UK timings
Passport:- Should hold a valid passport
Excellent communication Skills

Experience: 1 - 4 Years
