L2 Level Desktop Support
Job Description:
Provide remote resolution front line support for Desktop, Workstations, Laptop and other technologies as required.
Resolve all RS Tickets or Requests to customer satisfaction and within their Service Level agreements.
Candidate Profile:
Candidates with MCSE or CCNA Certifications will be preferred
Graduation from reputed University
Excellent Communication Skills
Experience: 2-4 Yrs experience in Desktop and laptop related troubleshooting
