*Troubleshooting Technical issues relating to VOIP technology to US Customer
*Providing Quality customer support
*Answer networking queries
*Willing to work in International Time Zones
Candidate Profile:
*Handling inbound client calls and troubleshooting their technical queries
*Good at client interaction and listening skill
*Willing to work in International Time Zones
*Freshers or candidates with relevant experience of about 6-18 Months are also welcome
