1. Oracle DBA (Production database):
Experience in Troubleshooting, RAC Data Guard, Oracle 10g, Patches, Cloning, Performance Tuning, Backup & Recovery
2. Windows Server Administrator:
Experience in managing Windows 2000/2003 Servers, Active Directory Management, Backup & Restore of AD, Users & Group management, Group Policy Management.
3. IT Helpdesk:
Minimum 2 year and maximum 4 years (post-qualification)
- Should be able to troubleshoot on general applications like Office Operating System - Should have strong knowledge in installation and support of Windows NT/2000/XP.
- Basic Knowledge of Network Infrastructure - Hardware, Software, Ethernet Cabling, Ports, IP addresses, etc.
- Good communication skills & neutralized accent. Should have excellent inter-personal and communication skills with the ability to deal with users at all levels in an organization. Should have a strong sense of customer service.
Eligibility Criteria: -
B.Sc/ B.Com/ Polytechnic Diploma/ BCA, Candidates above 3 years of experience
B.E/ B.Tech/ M.C.A/ M.Sc/ MCA/ MCM (Only through Regular College, No correspondence Education)
- Should not have attended TCS interviews in the last six months
