Excellent written and verbal communication skills is a must
CCNA/CCNP Certified with very good networking technical skills
Experience of working on L1/L2 activities
Exposure to NOC and/or ISP is desirable
Exposure to International Clients will be preferred.
Experience: 2 - 8 years
