Job Description Test Automation Architect
· Study the Application under Test (AUT)
· Design Automation Framework
· Perform Automation Readiness and Suitability
· Create & Caliber Guidelines on Test Script Automation
· Review test scripts and results, provide feedback
· Perform RoI (Return on Investment) analysis
· Provide Tool recommendations
· Manage Automation Resources
· Provide training on automation frameworks, standards and guidelines
Apart from the above, the profile also requires an AA to have the following skillsets.
- Provide overall solution architecture design, and system implementation roadmap advices to customer to clients based on client interests and needs resulting in high client satisfaction
- Strong consulting and solution architecture design skills, self-motivated and mature
- The Test Automation Architect is responsible for the technical direction and architecture of the automation framework.
- Lead and coordinate QA teams to implement maintainable functional and performance automation solutions.
Candidate MUST have implemented maintainable automation frameworks using vendor products.
Candidate MUST have implemented automation using the following design concepts:
- Data Driven
- Key Word Driven
- Function Based
