·Work independently without much guidance on programming
·Good understanding of software development constructs
·Address issues in performance, scalability and manageability in programming efforts

·Prepare Low level design from the high level requirements provided by the customer
Desired Profile:
·At least 2 years of work experience in SYNON projects
·Good analytical, programming and debugging skills in SYNON
·Working knowledge in RPG and sound knowledge on iSeries concepts
Education: • BCA /M.Tech/B.Tech/MCA/ MBA/ M.Sc (CS).
