Job Description
Remedy Developer for implemention Service Management capability for Dell. Role will include focus on requirements gathering, analysis, solution design, development & implementation, system documentation and training.
Desired Candidate Profile
Technical skills must include systems integration, database design and development based on the BMC Remedy ARS 7.1 platform.
ARS based System troubleshooting.
BMC Remedy ITSM Suite 7.0 & Atrium CMDB (proficient in configuring & maintaining at least one of the modules end to end).
Working knowledge in at least one of these: Perl, Shell, VB Scripting, Remedy API, Remedy Web Service, Web Logic).
Working knowledge of relational databases (prefer Oracle) & experience in Oracle SQL programming.
Ability to work with internal business customers to define business requirements and translate same into system-level requirements
