Desired Candidate Profile
Job requirements:
• Experience maintaining TXSeries and host CICS and ISV products; TXSeries installation experience required
• Intermediate knowledge of AIX operating system concepts, components, and maintenance processes; SMP/E, SMU, KORN shell scripting, host operating system concepts, components, and internals (JCL & IBM Utilities, Sysplex, JES2, JES3, RACF, TSO/ISPF).
• Skill in fundamental problem and dump analysis utilizing diagnostic tools (IPCS, OmegaMon, AbendAid)
• CICS and ISV program product installation experience required.
• Proficiency in IBM’s problem management procedures including use of IBMLink.
• Conceptual understanding of DB2, IMS, WMQ, TCP/IP and their architecture, use, and interaction
