Job Description :For Senior Developer (With 3-5 years of Exp):
Candidate should be proficient with Microsoft technologies, specifically on ASP.NET/VB.NET and MS SQL Server. The ideal candidate for senior development role would be able to perform the following activities:
1. Candidate should be Enthusiastic to work in a team and feel positive about the work; he/she should be friendly, approachable and a good team player with excellent self learning skills.
2. Write excellent code in ASP/ ASP.NET and be proficient in database handling.
3. Be able to work independently or with a team and should be able to guide the junior members in the team
4. Have the initiative to drive forward the team's efforts to meet the deadline and deliver a quality product that the team can be proud of.
5 Programming expertise in Microsoft technologies including; ASP.NET, VB.NET
6. Proficiency in MS SQL Server 2005
7. Exposure in web technologies; java-script, HTML/XHTML, and DHTML
8. Good exposure in XML, XSLT, and AJAX
9. Experience in Agile software development process
10. Should have excellent communication skills.
Job Description for Junior Developer (With 1-2 years of Exp):
Candidate should have working knowledge and experience with Microsoft technologies, specifically on ASP.NET/VB.NET and MS SQL Server. The ideal candidate for junior development role would be able to perform the following activities:
1. Candidate should be Enthusiastic to work in a team and feel positive about the work; he/she should be friendly, approachable and a good team player with excellent self learning skills.
2. Write excellent code in ASP/ ASP.NET with good knowledge of database handling.
3. Be able to work independently or with a team with little input and guidance given by the senior members of the team.
4. Have the initiative to drive forward the team's efforts to meet the deadline and deliver a quality product that the team can be proud of.
5. Have a good understanding of object oriented programming and its practical application in web application development.
6. Should have good communication skills.
7. Native of Vizag will be preferred
