Job Description :
The E-Support Engineer is responsible for maintaining the EskoArtwork E-Service Platform, and to provide first line support through the available tools. He has a worldwide focus.

Desired Profile :
• Be familiar with all EskoArtwork Software products in order to guarantee professional call registration and customer interaction
•I n depth knowledge about the products and markets best suited for self service environments (Editors, Plug-ins, Mass Volume…)
• Good knowledge about the customers’ workflow and business
• Basic knowledge about related products, 3d party, competitive solutions
• Sufficient IT skills: Networking, Mac and Windows OS
• Good language skills – English (both written and spoken)
• Time & priority management and Organizational Skills
• Good communication behaviour is a must – like to talk with customers
• Analytical and solution oriented, creative in finding workarounds
• Empathy – the customers problem is your problem
• Team player, share knowledge with colleagues
• Flexible towards opening hours, standby, intervention planning.
• Sense of urgency: identify urgent problems and act consequently.
• Cost Awareness
