Job Description :
The Trainee is required to work with our skilled team for the design and development of the large and mid-size web CRM applications for our global clients. The trainee will help in translating our client's complex business problems into innovative technology solutions. Adhere to coding standards, procedures and techniques and contribute to the technical code documentation. Remain aware of new technologies / programming languages. Perform unit and system testing. Performing Data Quality Processes like De-duplication, Data Cleansing & Data Formatting. Provide support for customization of CRM applications
Desired Profile :
• As appropriate, participate in project planning sessions with Project Managers, Business Analysts, Technical Analysts and development team members to analyze business / technology requirements and outline the proposed technology solution
• Participate in design reviews and provide input to the design recommendations
• Incorporate security requirements into design
• Provide input to information / data flow
• Understand and comply to SDLC in all planning steps
• Adhere to technology control policies throughout design, development and testing
• Work with clients and Theikos delivery team to drive application architecture
• Oversee development, design, UI and technology integration efforts
• ST will be required to do programming (coding) according to the requirement sent by the client.
• Software Trainees will assist in product development responsibilities.
• They will be required to participate in product planning, and deliver on the plans they commit to undertake.
• Work under direct supervision and be expected to deliver quality work in every aspect of software development.
• Performing Data Quality Processes like De-duplication, Data Cleansing & Data Formatting
provide support for customization of CRM applications.
• Complete assigned project deliverables within business / audit control requirements
• Identify and document ongoing maintenance requirements
• Participate in code reviews and ensure that all solutions are aligned to pre-defined architectural specifications
• Perform system integration testing and analyze / report the results to pertinent teams
• Identify / Troubleshoot application code-related issues (provide 3rd level production support / issue resolution)
• Review and provide feedback to the final user documentation

• Manage individual workload and deliver to agreed upon project milestones
• Coach / mentor other team members as appropriate
• Demonstrate ability to work in team environment and help resolve issues
• Communicate status / risks to manager regarding delivering solution on time
Knowledge Sharing / Management

• Maintain project documentation in a well organized / easy to access document management system

7. Knowledge of technologies like: VB, COM, COM+, MSMQ, VB.NT, C#, ASP, ASP.NET, XML, XSL, Web services and SOAP, SQL server, Oracle. Enterprise architectures (.NET) is critical
8. Self motivated, punctual and a natural leader that flourishes in small environments
9. Ability to work in 24X7 environments.
