Job Description :
- Interacting and providing technical support to the customers.
- Troubleshooting the technical issues and resolving queries related to all CISCO products.
Desired Profile :
- Fairly conversant with Networking Fundamentals viz:
- Routing Protocols.
- Basic operating systems related to Networking.
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- 6 months training and will be paid a fixed stipend during the training period. After successful completion of training period, the candidates may get absorbed with Aricent subject to open positions.
- GRADUATION and CCNA CERTIFICATION are MANDATORY
