Job Description :
- IT Helpdesk/ Remote Support Attending calls from the end users & fixing the issues either through Voice Support or by Taking Remote Control of the user’s machine.
- Managing problem tickets through prob mang. tool
Desired Profile :
- Working 24*7 environment; in 3 shifts. Handling Desktop issues.
- Installation & troubleshooting of Windows OS. Email client.
- Troubleshoot LAN/WAN related issues.
- knowledge of working on Windows 2000/XP & 2000 Server Environment.
