Technical Support/L1 - US Voice Process
Job Description:
This opening is for a Tech Support Voice process related to troubleshooting issues of Software/ERP/Desktop of our US Customers. Shifts would be NIGHT SHIFTS only. Min of 2-3yrs of relevant experience is a must. Candidate should possess excellent communication skills along with technical knowledge.
Qualification: Any graduate but preferably a BE/Btech, BCA, Bsc Comp Sc, MCA.
Experience: 2-3yrs of relevant experience in handling calls related to troubleshooting of software/ ERP/ hardware/ desktop support.
Skills required:
Excellent communication skills.
Good technical knowledge - software/ERP.
Willing to work in NIGHT SHIFTS.
Customer Oriented.
Knowledge of Java or PL/SQL would be an added advantage
