"Must have at least 4- 6 years experience as a Developer/Analyst developing multi-tier web and/or windows applications in financial industry
- Must have clear understanding of client-server applications
- Must have strong background in object oriented analysis and design
- Must have analyzed, designed, developed and unit tested multi-tier client server applications
- Must have been exposed to full SDLC process
- Must be familiar with project management concepts
- Must have application deployment & maintenance experience
- Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be a team player
- Must be able to handle multiple assignments simultaneously
