Job Description:
· Responsible for handling Technical Support calls, remote support and abide by the prescribed norms.
· Maintain high level of expertise in soft-skills and phone etiquette skills
· Achieve key metrics and targets.
· Provide excellent customer service for all consumer requests.
Education:
· Graduation / Diploma (10+2+3) (course completion certificate mandatory)
· 2009 pass-outs can also apply
Requirements:
· Excellent written and oral communication skills
· Flexible to work in any shift.
· Should have working knowledge of computer hardware, OS and Networking.
· Keyboarding Skill (WPM –25) Accuracy (85%)
* Works accurately with an eye for detail
* Has a pleasant, friendly approach
