Software Engineer
Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Product design, development, debugging and maintenance using C and C++ under Windows
• Experience developing software within a Windows environment, using Visual Studio
• Development and maintenance of a wide range of features on a Device Management, Security and Compliance Management product that utilizes advanced network-based
data collection methods
• Ability to design and build complex features and should have strong analytical skills to understand existing designs and quickly diagnose new situations
Desired Candidate Profile
Desired Profile/ Requirements:
• B Tech Computer Science or equivalent engineering discipline
• 1-2 years experience System programming with C/C++, with WIN32 API, COM, LDAP,
WMI ADSI, Active Directory, Registry Management
• Knowledge of Windows XP/2000/2003/2008/VISTA operating systems
• Experience of working in OS Internals or Kernel Development would be an added
advantage
• Experience with P2P, SSH, telnet, WMI, TCP/IP socket programming
• Experience with firewalls ,routers, networking
• Strong analytical skills
• Strong communication skills to interact with the development team and with customers
