Technical Support Executive (C/C++)
Job Description :
- The Technical Support Engineer will play a critical role in providing technical assistance for SafeNet's global customer base.
- The job involves handling and resolving complex technical queries and issues in the areas of product functionality or architecture and defect correction
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing a deep knowledge of SafeNet's range of embedded products
- Communicating with corporate customers via telephone, email, or other media as applicable regarding technically complex problems identified in SafeNet's software products, and maintaining effective customer relations
- Resolving technically complex, mission critical, or politically sensitive customer issues, and maintaining ownership of the issue until it is resolved completely
Desired Skills :
- 6 months-2 yrs Experience in application support will be preferred.
- Graduation in Engineering / or a Post graduate degree in Computer Sciences
- Good programming (C/C++) background with Strong customer orientation, accurate and logical problem solving skills, excellent communication skills, the ability to work in a team and strong code debugging skills are essential
