2+ yrs experience with Action Script 2&3 and Flash CS3
Strong OOP fundamentals
Demonstrated proficiency with XML data integration and Server Side Scripting Technologies

2+ years' experience with Action Script 2&3 and Flash CS3
Knowledge of elearning standards – Scorm/AICC
Intermediate or better proficiency with HTML,JavaScript,CSS.
Basic design and animation ability
Basic understanding of SQL databases and syntax
