1.Expertise in Flash Action Scripting on programming level.
2.Expertise in creating custom component, XML/Database linked Flash web application development
3.Strong understanding and implementation of OOPS in Flash projects is mandatory.
Desired Candidate Profile
Expertise in Flash Programming. Intermediate level experience of any server side technology interaction with Flash (ASP/JSP) is also required.
Should have good communication skills, interpersonal skills, and client facing skills.
